Yes, we like to work with you for at least 3 months as it takes time to build the foundations before seeing results.
This also gives us a chance to get to know your business in the depth it deserves.

Our monthly reports centre around the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we set at the beginning of the year.
This may include social media following/impressions, newsletter subscriptions, event attendees or new enquiries generated (although this is a longer-term KPI!).

We pay for social media scheduling tools, graphic design tools and travel to your office for our quarterly meetings (unless you choose online only meetings).
You pay for: printing, paid ads, website costs and other tangible marketing assets.

I send monthly reports relating to your specific KPIs over email.
I also create quarterly strategic reports that reflect on the annual goals and our progress. I prefer to deliver these in person but Teams calls or emails are fine too if you’re time-pressured.
You’ll also receive an annual report, which is high-level, reflective and sets the targets for the next year, with your input.
But outside of all of that, you can contact me any time from 9-5 on a weekday, I’m accessible by phone or email! No question is too small or too ‘silly’ when it comes to your business. I know exactly how important it is to have a voice as a business owner.
